PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS SHIP WITH AGE VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. YOU WILL HAVE TO SHOW A VALID ID PROVING YOU ARE OF LEGAL SMOKING AGE IN YOUR AREA (18, 19 or 21+) BEFORE THE PACKAGE IS HANDED TO YOU.
All orders as well as their associated shipping charges are processed in CAD. If you are an international customer, please add all items to your cart in CAD so you can reach the exact amount required for free shipping, and then use the currency selector (top right) to see the final amount in your currency, if needed.
We usually ship by Canada Post.
- Orders under 100$: Flat-rate shipping charge of 9.99$ (expedited) and 19.99$ (express post)
- Orders over 100$: Free shipping, with the possibility of upgrading to express post for a small surcharge
- Orders under 150 CAD: Flat rate shipping of 14.99 CAD (regular),19.99 CAD (expedited) and 39.99 (express)
- Orders over 150 CAD: Free regular shipping, with the possibility of upgrading to expedited or express for a small surcharge.
- Orders under 200 CAD: Flat rate shipping of 29.99 CAD (regular) and 49.99 CAD (expedited)
- Orders over 200 CAD: Free regular shipping, with the possibility of upgrading to expedited for a surcharge.
We ship in the next 2 business days, and within a maximum of 3 business days, after an order has been paid. Weekends do not count as business days.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT AND THE SUBJECTIVITY OF TASTE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. IN CASE OF A DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL PRODUCT, READ BELOW.
If your product is defective on arrival, please contact us within 72 hours of reception with a picture of the defective product, so we can fix the situation for you. If you think the package has been lost by the shipping company, or for some reason you are unable to track it despite the tracking link provided, please contact us so we can rectify the situation.
